The main objective of the project is to develop an innovative, high-growth potential IT product prototype based on artificial intelligence.
We believe that it is possible to automate many processes in the face of declining employee engagement and the likelihood of employees leaving the organisation, by activating automated personal communication and allowing personalised choices and selecting the best value for money for employees. The prototype smart systems would learn from their own performance ("machine learning") and refine algorithms to keep more employees in their jobs by giving them more personal attention and opportunities that are relevant only to them. With this project, we are going to develop a prototype that will enable organisations to improve the speed and quality of employee engagement based on the power of Artificial Intelligence.
The total value of the project is €129,012, of which €86,000 from European Union funds. The duration of the project activities is from June 2024 to June 2025.
