In the MELP HR platform:
In the RECOGNITION module, you can now assign awards to the specific recognition. Previously it was possible to assign items based on limited criteria (e.g. location or item category). Now, you can choose and assign any MELP Shop item - more freedom for you and your employees!
In the ORDERS section, we've added a field to mark when the order has been fulfilled.
In the MELP app:
In MELP SHOP, we've made some changes to the country, supplier, and category filters. While previously our users were able to see all the available filter values, now they will see only relevant countries, suppliers, and item categories. The shopping just got easier!
Talking about convenience, you can now find similar discounts listed right below your favourite ones.
We've created an additional button for you to create expense compensation. Find it at MORE -> MY EXPENSE COMPENSATIONS.

We launched with Dana Incorporated Lithuania! Dana is a leading supplier of fully integrated drivetrain and electrified propulsion systems for all passenger vehicles. Almost 200 Dana Incorporated Lithuania employees can now enjoy clear benefit control, MELP e-shop, more effective communication, and MELP partner discounts. We also welcomed transportation and logistics company United Transline and its' 300+ employees with the same MELP package.
