Product updates

Mobile:

Improved the home screen UI by adding a discount feed for users who do not have the recognition feature enabled.

HR:

Optimized the Employee Groups List to enhance performance and filtering experience.
Added the ability to visually preview benefit assignment histories and timelines.
Introduced a job title filter in the Employee Assignments table.
Improved logs by tracking changes made in surveys.
Added a button to instantly preview order in order completion emails.
Enabled recognition senders to retain their reward points if the recipient is deleted.
