We have created and launched a handy employee turnover cost calculator - try & see how much does employee turnover costs in your company and how better engagement could reduce these costs.

> Design changes on the shop and discount pages
> Added the ability to sort the discounts (A-Z, recently added, trending, popular).
> In discounts and shop, we have extended the search options by free-text field to improve the user search and retrieve relevant results
> On the homepage, to improve navigation in the app, we have added links to orders and the shop in your wallet

> In the alternatives, we have extended the filtering functionality by adding the ability to filter by the attribution status
> In alternatives we added bulk action functionality to make management faster and more convenient (assign benefits to several employees at the same time, capture a selection, change the deadline date, etc.)
> In the alternatives, we have sorted the list of employees by assignment status
> We no longer require the addition of a personal identification number field in the employee creation/update cards when logging in using only email or only phone number

We have also launched with Vakarų medienos grupė (VMG) - it was a pleasant challenge to onboard 3000+ people.
2000+ more people have started using MELP recognition, as our existing client Vytauto Didžiojo University (VDU) expanded their services with us. The same goes with Inovacijų agentūra - excited to see and feel the gratitude.
We have also signed with Kauno tiltai and ID Vilnius, and can't wait to launch with them soon.
