MELP takes user privacy very seriously and fully complies with all privacy requirements in the GDPR agreement. MELP data protection processes and systems are reliable, robust, and have been tested by reputable quality control and data security organizations. We continuously build on our best practices to ensure that MELP technology meets and exceeds the industry‘s highest standards in data protection.
Any sub-processor of MELP that will process personal data under the authority, and on behalf, of MELP shall enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement with MELP. Pursuant to this agreement, the sub-processor agrees to comply with instructions from the relevant data controller and applicable data protection legislation. MELP uses a “Cookies” pop-up window, which clearly indicates which cookies are collected and allows the user to choose which cookies to provide. A pop-up window is displayed until the user accepts the cookies.
