We want to begin with an exciting update - MELP has recently passed 25,000 paid app users benchmark! It's an awesome milestone and a huge inspiration to go forward. Very interesting to see the diversity of use cases as well - 80% of our clients already use the MELP shop and more than half of all onboarded companies implemented MELP Recognition programs! We will be coming up with real-life examples from our clients on the website and social media soon - follow us to know more.

Our product team has been busy preparing some big news, but we've got some smaller updates done along the way in our HR platform:
> We've added a new "BY END DATE" condition to our automations to make your off-boarding process more convenient. This allows to automate actions for the departing employees.
> For all data & reporting fans out there, we've prepared "REPORTS" functionality in our alternatives section, where you can now see employee choices based on a variety of metrics (benefit, benefit category, and more).
> We had some changes in the recognition module - added the limitation of allocation per employee per period and also created a description of the recognition game.
> A benefit usage table was moved into a separate window for your convenience.
As you know, MELP partner's discounts functionality has recently been significantly expanded and created as a separate section under the Benefit menu tab. We're happy to report that we have added more than 20 new offers for you to enjoy. Among them - Office Day, Cannumo, Apollo cinema, Sportland & many more awesome brands. In May, our current clients Infes & Vilnius Coding School joined the fun & launched MELP recognition to their employees. It is great to see existing clients broadening the scope of their service with us - we appreciate their trust and dedication to innovation.
